Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo “Wings”
Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower “wings.”
Yet another bonus to being vegan right here…you can eat the whole thing…no icky bones❤️
These are SO easy to make and are a sure win with the kids too!
•preheat oven to 455F
•slice one head of cauliflower into florets and then cut each floret in half (or thirds if you have time)
•in a large bowl combine:
1 C Flour
3/4 C plantbased milk (I used plain almond)
Spices- tbsp paprika, tbsp garlic powder, tbsp onion powder, tbsp of liquid smoke and mix well (it will be a thick consistency like banana bread dough)
•dip/roll your cauliflower pieces in the mixture, covering them as much as possible
•place covered pieces on a greased baking sheet (I used a tsp of smoke flavour olive oil) and bake for around 15-20 min
•remove from oven and enjoy OR drizzle with bbq sauce and cook for another 5 min.
That. Is. It. Super simple and delicious way to enjoy those veggies!
