Our breakfast staple is Overnight Oats. Great for a quick healthy breakfast, kids can eat it in the car if it’s one of “those” mornings AND so simple to make…my kids do theirs themselves:Mason jar 3/4 full of quick oats (GF or regular)
Pour in almond milk until oats are saturated.
Layer of fruit (bananas and strawberries shown here)
Sprinkle of chia seeds
Teaspoon of maple syrup
Cover and fridge overnight
