Healthy Snacking: Pita Chips
Homemade pita chips, sautéed veggies and hummus.
Pita chips are so easy:
Just cut up pita bread into “chips” using kitchen scissors, place on baking tray, lightly spray with olive oil (I used Persian Lime from Evoolution)and sprinkle with Himalayan salt. Bake at 350 until browned and crispy, about 12-15 min.
These taste great on their own or serve like nachos or as a side with dips and soup.
